Features · Site updates
Two taps on site. The whole picture in the office.
Supervisors record progress, photos, materials used and delays where the work happens — against the exact task, floor and flat.
Update progress
Open the task. Tap the status. Add a photo.
Update progress lists the tasks assigned to you and the work going on now, with their latest photos underneath. Pick where the work happened — the floors and flats — and the status rolls up to the plan, the flats screen and the dashboard straight away.
- Started, in progress, done — or blocked, with the reason
- Done work can wait for an engineer’s sign-off before it counts
- Photos from the phone camera, stamped with time and place
- A person can be set to “photo required” for every entry

Daily log
Snapshots during the day, a summary at the end of it.
The Daily log takes a snapshot any time, and one end-of-day summary per task: where the work was done, photos, notes and the material used — which comes straight out of the site’s stock.
- Materials used are deducted from stock automatically
- Corrections only by people allowed to correct, always with a reason
- The site logbook: every update, photo and change, in order
- Notifications to the right people when something needs them

Delays
When work stops, say why — once.
Log a delay against a task with its cause — material, labour, weather, design, client change, approvals… Lattice adds up the lost days and shows what each delay knocked on, so the monthly review starts from facts.
- Delay reasons you can name yourself
- Knock-on effect on the tasks that follow
- Delay analysis report as a PDF
