About Lattice

What is Lattice?

Lattice is software for construction companies that build and sell residential projects. It covers the plan, daily site updates, workers, quality, materials and purchases, sales and collections, and maintenance after handover — in one connected record.

Who makes Lattice?

Lattice is a product of Konkat, a Hyderabad company building tools for construction.

Is it available now?

In development · early access by request. Request early access.

On site

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Lattice opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Screens are built for big thumbs and short forms.

What if the signal is weak?

Screens you have already opened stay readable, and the app tells you when you are looking at older data. It refreshes as soon as the signal returns.

Can supervisors attach photos?

Yes — to progress updates, daily logs, workers, quality concerns, rectifications, issues and handover items. A person can be set so every entry needs a photo.

Your data

Can we bring our existing plan and data?

Yes. Plans, flats, stock, suppliers, customers, residents and maintenance accounts can be uploaded from Excel, with a preview before anything changes.

Does it work with ERPNext?

Lattice is built on Frappe, the framework behind ERPNext, and can run on the same server. It reads suppliers from ERPNext and never writes to it.

Where is the data stored?

On your own server or a cloud account you choose. Every list exports to Excel and every report to PDF.

Who can see a project?

Only the people on that project’s team — and only what their role there allows.

Sales & maintenance

Can instalments follow construction?

Yes. An instalment can fall due on a date, on a milestone in words, or when a linked task on the plan is done.

How are maintenance dues worked out?

From the rate (per sq ft, per flat or per unit type), GST rules, the billing cycle and the handover date plus prepaid months. Each receipt carries the dates it covers, so Lattice knows what is paid up to and what is overdue.

Can we import NoBroker payments?

Yes. Upload the NoBroker export; Lattice matches flats, shows what it will add and skips what it already has.
