Features · Sales & CRM

Every customer, every unit, every rupee due.

A sales module built for builders: the contact timeline any salesperson can pick up, unit sales with payment schedules, collections and the handover checklist.

Customers

The whole story of a customer — whoever picks it up next.

Add a prospect with just a name and a phone number. Every call, visit, WhatsApp and meeting goes on the timeline with the reason, what was discussed, what was promised and the next follow-up — filterable by reason. A customer can have several salespeople with roles; reassigning keeps who, when and why.

  • Prospect, Buyer, Lost (with the reason) or Inactive
  • Duplicate phone numbers warned about, not blocked
  • Co-applicants, budget and units of interest
  • Sales executives see their own customers; managers see all

Pipeline & unit sales

From token to handover, unit by unit.

The pipeline shows every unit by stage — available, interested, token paid, agreement, payments, ready, handed over. A unit sale holds the agreed price, the token and agreement dates, the salespeople and the payment schedule: instalments with a date, a milestone in words, or a link to a plan task so they fall due when the work is done.

  • Receipts with numbers, against an instalment or oldest first
  • Instalments: pending, partly paid, paid, overdue
  • Customer statement as a PDF
  • Collections list: overdue amount, days late, last contact

Handover & special requests

Keys, papers and changes — all accounted for.

When a unit is nearly ready, its handover checklist starts: keys, possession letter, sale deed, parking… each pending, ready or handed over with a date and a photo of the acknowledgement. Marking the sale handed over starts maintenance billing and adds the buyer as the flat’s owner. Optional special requests record a buyer’s change with customer and company approval and its cost — and never move the plan.
