A person sees a project only if they are on its team. Their role on that project decides what they can see and do.
Owner, project manager, engineer, supervisor, QC, stores, accounts, sales, maintenance — with permissions you can adjust per person.
Plan changes after start, log corrections, payment edits and approvals record who, when and why. Corrections are limited to people allowed to make them.
Each person signs in with their own account. Passwords are stored hashed; sessions can be ended by an administrator.
On your own server or a cloud account you choose. Your database, your backups, your domain.
Every list exports to Excel and reports to PDF. There is no lock-in on your own records.
Sensitive records
Customer phone numbers, payment details and resident complaints are visible only to the people whose role needs them. Sales executives see their own customers; managers see all. Resident complaints can be marked confidential so only the property manager sees who raised them.
ERPNext
If you run ERPNext on the same server, Lattice can read your suppliers from it. Lattice never creates or changes ERPNext documents — no accounting entries, no stock entries — so your books stay exactly as your accountant keeps them.
