Why we built it
On most sites, the real record of a building lives in WhatsApp groups, paper registers, Excel files and people’s memories. Owners hear about problems a week late; sales teams promise dates the site can’t see; and after handover, the maintenance office starts again from nothing.
Lattice started on a live residential project, sitting with the supervisors, engineers, store keepers, sales staff and the society office. Every screen was shaped by someone who had to use it the next morning.
Why “Lattice”
A lattice is a frame of nodes and links that takes its strength from every part being connected. That is the idea: each task, flat, person, rupee and photo is a node, and the links between them are what make the record useful.
Konkat
Lattice is a product of Konkat — Konkat for Konstruction. Konkat builds software for the construction industry, with Lattice as its first product.
